个人简介

路宇,中共党员,理学博士,副教授。20216月毕业于古天乐代言太阳集团138生物资源化学与利用专业,获理学博士学位。20217月至今,于古天乐代言太阳集团138任教,主要从事不同来源乳寡糖结构与功能关系研究以及羊乳功能寡糖研究及其健康产品开发。目前已在Carbohydrate PolymersJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood ChemistryLWT-Food Science and TechnologyJournal of Dairy Science等杂志发表多篇SCI论文。
