  个人简介

  高慧:女,博士,副教授,主要开展农产品贮藏与加工方面的研究工作。主持并完成国家自然基金1项,陕西省科技计划项目2项,西安市科技计划项目1项,陕西省电分析化学重点实验室开放基金1项、古天乐代言太阳集团138科学研究基金1项,并参与了多项省部级项目及横向科研项目。目前已在《Food Chemistry》、《Postharvest Biology and Technology》、《Journal of Food Science and Technology》、《Chromatographia》、《Journal of Food Science》、《Food and Chemical Toxicology》、《Food control》、《食品科学》、《西北植物学报》等国内外期刊上发表科研论文50多篇,其中SCI收录20余篇。
