研究内容:蜂蜜酒的酿造、奶酪加工、大豆磷脂的深精加工、生物酶工程

 

主持基金及研究成果:主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,主持陕西省重点研发项目1项,主持陕西省青年人才托举计划1项,主持德意志学术交流会-中国国家留学基金委项目1项,参与德意志研究联合会基金(DFG)项目1项,主持校级教学项目3项,横向课题2项。累计发表SCI论文30余篇,申请专利5件。
